As for the why? I’m not a doctor or licensed therapist. What I am though, is a mom who has long struggled with mental health. I’ve found some things along the way that have been massively helpful that I wanted to share with as many people as possible. Even if I could help one person, I would feel like my blog was a success.
So, if you are burned out, tired, sad, and altogether hopeless… First of all, know: You are not alone. You are not fighting this battle solo, even if it feels that way. You are one of millions like you who live with mental health issues. Let’s link arms and heal together.
Second of all, know this: You can live a wonderful life. You can be in a relationship. Have babies if that’s what you want. Smile. Laugh. Meet David Tennant. You can do it all, whateve that ALL is for you. It’s possible, and it’s important to know that.
